Jeon Sang-hyun (Hangul: 전상현), professionally known as Paloalto (Hangul: 팔로알토), is a South Korean rapper, singer, and founder of Hi-Lite Records, a prominent label in the Korean hip-hop scene. Born on January 24, 1984, Paloalto began his musical career in 2004 with the release of his EP Footprints. He gained attention for his introspective lyrics and unique flow, which helped establish him as a leading figure in Korean hip-hop. In 2005, Paloalto released his debut studio album, Resoundin’, marking the start of a prolific career. His discography includes critically acclaimed albums such as Daily Routine (2010), Chief Life (2013), and Love, Money & Dreams: The Album (2019). He has also collaborated on notable projects like 4 the Youth with Justhis in 2018.
