Phil King is a singer, songwriter and worship leader born and raised in a small town in California’s Central Valley. His journey began as a worship leader at Christ for the Nations bible school in Dallas, TX during his early 20s, later moving on to serve as a worship pastor at Gateway Church, making his debut with his self-titled album in March, 2013, which he quickly followed with Giants & Oceans the next year. Releasing a slew of non-album singles between 2016 and 2020, including “In Control” (2016), “The Son’s Prayer” (2017), “Adventures” (2018), “Not Forgotten” and “Song of Redemption,” (2020) King followed this with live album All Glory in June that year, with holiday EP The Christmas Sessions appearing a few months later. Returning in 2023 with several collaborations including “Every Day” with Jekalyn Carr and “Mercy of Jesus” with Daniel Doss, his 13th single “Worry” appeared in August, entering the Top 50 Radio Christian Song chart at number 50.
