Kid Fourteen is the musical identity of Lebanese-born, Paris-based musician Khodor Ellaik. Emerging from Beirut’s independent scenes before relocating to Paris, Kid Fourteen's work has shifted through different forms: Synth Pop, guitar-driven noise, beat-centered structures, ambient textures, and moments shaped by saxophone or fragments of Arabic poetry. Across all of these changes, the through-line has remained the same: a focus on voice, presence, and emotional precision.
While his current work leans toward a more defined strain of experimental pop, it carries traces of everything that came before it. Kid Fourteen combines Synth Pop layered with noise and crooner vocals to create a sound that is both upbeat and melancholic at the same time.
