Susan Albers, born Susanne Maria Albers on December 29, 1983, in Borken, Germany, is a German singer-songwriter and pianist. She began her musical journey at age six, performing with the RCC (Rheder Carneval Club) and receiving piano lessons from eight years old. In 2005, Susan moved to London where she collaborated with songwriter Geoff Holliss, leading to the release of her debut single "Big Shot" in 2008. Her first album Who Am I was released in 2011, featuring collaborations with Winston Sela and Brian Harris. That same year, Albers won the Schleswig-Holstein-Lied competition and received multiple awards at the Deutscher Rock- und Pop-Preis, including Best Singer/Songwriter and Best Pop Singer. She also participated in Deutschland sucht den Superstar in 2012, reaching fourth place. In 2021, Susan released her second album Meine Winterzeit, which includes both Christmas classics and original songs.
