Gilli Moon is an Italian-born, Australian-raised singer-songwriter. She began her music career with the release of her debut studio album Girl in the Moon in 1998. She followed this with temperamental angel in 2001, which included contributions from bass player Christopher Maloney. In 2003, she released Woman, featuring a slow arrangement of INXS' "Need You Tonight". Her subsequent albums include extraOrdinary life (2005), the Stillness (2010), and Refresh (2018). Moon also released a remix EP, The Angel Remixes (2001/2002). She co-founded and serves as president of Songsalive!, a songwriting organization, and co-produced the Los Angeles Women's Music Festival. Her songs have been featured in media such as the film Obsession (2012), the film trailer Surviving in L.A (2012), and MTV's True Life.
