Miri Mesika, born May 3, 1978 in Herzliya, Israel, is a singer and actress. She studied music at her city's school and attended HaYovel High School for theatre and music. In 1999, she enrolled at the Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music. Miri Mesika's debut album Miri Mesika was released in March 2005 under the Anana label, featuring hits like "LeSham," which won the Galgalatz award for Song of the Year. Her second album, Shalom LaEmunot, appeared in February 2007 and went platinum by May 2008. In 2023, she was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Dina in the West End production of The Band's Visit.
