osage is a rock band from Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, formed in 2016 and initiated full-scale activities the following year. Their breakthrough came in 2018 when they won the "murffin discs audition" and signed with murffin discs. The band comprises Yamaguchi Kenta on vocals and guitar, Kanehiro Kouki on guitar and chorus, Tanaka Yuuki on drums, and Hiro Kusama on bass and chorus, who joined in 2021. osage has released a diverse range of music, including the mini-album October (2019) and demo EPs like Utsurou Kisetsu ni Hanataba wo (2017) and Weipa (2018). Their singles include "Ano Koro no Kimi ni Yoroshiku / Hertz" (2020), and their digital singles like "New Romance" and "Sonic blue" (both 2022). Notably, their EP Neutral (2019) showcases their raw and emotive style, while the limited single "Fureaitai / Hare Moyou" (2021) further highlights their evolving sound.
