Jeff Harnar, born July 27, 1959, in the United States, is a singer known for his work in cabaret. His family's frequent relocations during childhood sparked an interest in musical comedy. After studying at New York University, Jeff Harnar shifted to cabaret due to limited Broadway opportunities.
Jeff Harnar has released several albums, including Sammy Cahn: All The Way (2001) and Jeff Harnar Sings Sammy Cahn: The Second Time Around (2024). He has won numerous awards, including MAC Awards for best male vocalist and major male artist, Bistro Awards for best newcomer and outstanding show, and BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards. In 2015, he received the Donald F. Smith Award, and in 2022, he was awarded the Mabel Mercer Foundation Mabel Mercer Award and became the National Honoree of the Chicago Cabaret Professionals.
