Sheyla Osiris Tadeo Bringas, known professionally as Sheyla, was born on April 3, 1973, in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico, and is an actress, comedian, and singer. She gained initial attention during her college years at Universidad de Occidente when she participated in the "Valores Juveniles" contest on Siempre en domingo in 1995. This led to her debut on Televisa's telenovela Agujetas de color de rosa later that year. Sheyla's music career began with her participation in reality shows, including Cantando por el sueño, which she won in 2004. Her debut album, Enamorada, was released in 2010, featuring songs written by Juan Gabriel. She followed this with her second album, Dos Estilos Una Voz, released in 2011.
