Eva Croissant, born Eva Croissant on 9 February 1991 in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany, is a German singer and songwriter who grew up on her parents’ organic farm in Kleinfischlingen and later attended schools in Edesheim, Landau, and Karlsruhe before leaving school in eleventh grade. After moving to Marburg in 2008 and later to Leipzig in 2009, she began performing at open stages and songwriting competitions, culminating in her debut album Du bist nicht irgendwer released on 2 February 2012, which entered the German album charts at number 88. In 2012 she appeared on The Voice of Germany, where her original single "Dein Herz trägt Felsen" reached number 77 and her cover "Du oder ich (oder wir alle)" peaked at number 55. She formed the duo Zwei von Millionen with Felix Räuber in 2016 and, in May 2018, independently released her second album Einfach du sein through a crowdfunding campaign.
