Tony Olabode, conocido profesionalmente como Blak Twang, nació el 28 de junio de 1972 en Inglaterra. Creció en Deptford, Lewisham, al sureste de Londres, y es reconocido por sus contribuciones a la música rap. Su primer sencillo, "What Goin' On", se publicó en 1995. En 2002 alcanzó un notable éxito con el álbum Kik Off, que incluía los sencillos "Kik Off", "So Rotton" y "Trixsta", con Estelle. Sus álbumes posteriores incluyen The Rotton Club (2005) y Speaking From Experience (2008). Ha sido nominado a varios premios, entre ellos un MOBO y un Kora.
