Somali Yacht Club es una banda ucraniana de stoner rock formada en 2010 en Lviv por el vocalista y guitarrista Ihor Pryshliak, el bajista Artur Savluk y el batería Lesyk Mahula. Su primer EP, Sandsongs, se publicó de forma independiente en agosto de 2011. El primer álbum de larga duración de la banda, The Sun, se publicó en 2014 bajo Bilocation Records, seguido de su segundo álbum de estudio, The Sea, en 2018. Somali Yacht Club ha realizado numerosas giras por Europa y Australia. Firmaron con Season of Mist a principios de 2021, reeditando sus dos primeros álbumes bajo el nuevo sello. Su tercer álbum de estudio, The Space, salió a la venta el 22 de abril de 2022. En respuesta a la invasión rusa de Ucrania, Somali Yacht Club se comprometió a destinar todos los beneficios de los lanzamientos de 2022 a apoyar a las organizaciones de ayuda ucranianas.
