Con el nombre de un personaje del popular cómic y película de culto Scott Pilgrim contra el mundo, Ramona Flowers es una banda de rock británica que se formó en 2010 en Bristol, Inglaterra. El cantante Steve Bird, el guitarrista Sam James, el bajista Wayne Jones, el teclista/guitarrista Dave Betts y el batería Ed Gallmore tocaron en conciertos locales durante varios años, desarrollando un sonido que combinaba texturas electrónicas con el rock alternativo de U2 y Radiohead. Tras recibir una oferta del sello discográfico independiente Distiller Records, publicaron un EP titulado Dismantle en 2012. Un segundo EP, Lust and Lies, vio la luz al año siguiente, y el álbum completo Dismantle and Rebuild apareció en 2014. Ese mismo año se publicó una versión mejorada del mismo álbum bajo el título Dismantle and Rebuild (Deluxe), con remezclas no disponibles en el lanzamiento original. Part-Time Spies, el segundo álbum de Ramona Flowers, se publicó en 2016, seguido por Magnify en EP y el álbum Strangers en 2018. Después de tomarse un descanso del estudio durante varios años, Ramona Flowers regresó en 2021 con un EP de seis canciones, If You Remember. Al año siguiente publicó otro EP, Flowers. Hey You le siguió en 2023.
