Death Hawks, banda finlandesa de rock psicodélico, se formó en 2010 para grabar canciones del cantante Teemu Markkula. El grupo dio su primer concierto con la formación completa en abril de 2011 y publicó su álbum de debut, Death & Decay, en febrero de 2012 a través de GAEA Records, alcanzando el número 10 en las listas de álbumes finlandesas. Su segundo álbum, Death Hawks, le siguió en septiembre de 2013 y alcanzó el número 15. El tercer álbum de estudio de la banda, Sun Future Moon, fue lanzado en noviembre de 2015 a través de Svart Records. La música de Death Hawks ha sido reconocida con nominaciones a los premios Nordic Music Prize 2013 y Emma Gala 2014, y su segundo álbum fue nombrado el mejor de 2013 por la revista Soundi.
