The Fold es una banda estadounidense de indie rock formada en 2002 en Chicago, Illinois. El grupo está liderado por el vocalista Daniel Castady. En 2002, la banda lanzó el EP Feeling Like Failure Now. Su álbum debut, Not of This World, salió a la venta en 2003. Tras firmar con Tooth & Nail Records, la banda publicó los álbumes This Too Shall Pass (2006) y Secrets Keep You Sick (2007). El disco Secrets Keep You Sick fue nominado a un premio Grammy en la categoría de Mejor Diseño de Álbum en 2007. Tras abandonar el sello, el grupo publicó de forma independiente los álbumes Dear Future, Come Get Me (2009) y Moving Past (2013). La banda también compuso la música tema para la serie de televisión Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, los Chicago Cubs y varios equipos de la NFL. En 2022, el grupo lanzó el álbum Stereo Fire, que incluía las canciones «Young & Free» y «World Gone Mad».
