Ford & Lopatin fue un dúo estadounidense de música electrónica formado por Daniel Lopatin y Joel Ford que estuvo activo entre 2009 y 2011. El dúo se conoció en sexto curso y comenzó a colaborar en música electrónica durante sus años de instituto bajo el nombre de Polyphonic. Tras un breve paréntesis, se reunieron en 2009 para formar Games, lanzando una serie de mixtapes titulada Heaven Can Wait en 2010. Su primer EP, That We Can Play, se publicó ese mismo año en Hippos in Tanks. En 2011, cambiaron su nombre por el de Ford & Lopatin y publicaron su primer álbum de larga duración, Channel Pressure. El álbum se grabó en el estudio de Jan Hammer y presentaba una mezcla de synthpop, krautrock y elementos de fusión progresiva. Entre los singles más destacados de este periodo se encuentran "World Of Regret" y "I Surrender".
