Hellyeah es un grupo de metal rock formado en 2006 por el cantante Chad Gray, los guitarristas Gregg Tribbett y Tom Maxwell y el bajista Jerry Montano, al que se unió el ex batería de Pantera y Damageplan Vinnie Paul para su álbum debut homónimo en 2007. Alcanzó el número tres en la lista Billboard's Top Rock Albums Chart, el número nueve en la Billboard 200 y el número 15 en la Hard Rock Albums Chart, e incluyó dos temas que llegaron al top ten en la Mainstream Rock Songs Chart, 'You Wouldn't Know' y 'Alcohaulin' Ass'. Bob Zila sucedió a Montano en el bajo en 2008 y Kyle Sanders se incorporó cuando Zila lo dejó en 2014. El guitarrista rítmico Tribbett también se marchó en 2014 para ser sustituido por Christian Brady. Vinnie Paul falleció en junio de 2018.
