Diamond Rexx es un grupo estadounidense de heavy metal y glam metal de Chicago (Illinois) formado en 1985 por el cantante Nasti Habits y el guitarrista S.S. Priest. Su álbum de debut Land of the Damned se publicó en 1986 tras firmar con Island Records. En 1989 firmaron con Red Light Records y en 1990 publicaron el álbum Rated Rexx. La banda hizo una pausa en la década de 1990, pero se reunió en 2001 para grabar Rexx Erected (2001) y más tarde publicó The Evil (2002). Su álbum Psych Ward se publicó en 2020. El guitarrista Scott Davis, conocido como S.S. Priest, falleció por enfermedad en Chicago en 2024.
