3 high school boys Dhananj, Nikhil and Ashik, together started The Fortune back in 2012. After a year of making some music in their bedroom studio, they went into a long hiatus as Dhananj pursued Medicine, Nikhil and Ashik pursued Engineering. Fast forward to 2020, Dr Dhananj, who is an anesthesiology resident in Raipur and Nikhil who is presently working as a sound engineer in Chennai reconnected and reinvented The Fortune with a new logo as a composer producer duo.
