Jaime Hendricks es un músico, compositor y cantante de música pop urbana, quien ganó el concurso de artistas emergentes por un sueño, del proyecto atrapando sueños, realizado en el casco viejo, en la ciudad de Panamá.
Él ha seguido viento en popa con su carrera musical. Creó su propio estudio, donde graba y compone sus canciones y videos musicales, entre sus trabajos están los temas: ‘Coctel', ‘Adicta', ‘Party', ‘Ella' y ́ no logró entender ́.
James contó que creció en el medio artístico, asistiendo a recitales escolares, conciertos de música clásica y se inclinó por el arte en los museos, aprendiendo sobre las obras de leyendas musicales como: Haydn, Mozart y Beethoven, y admirando a los pintores Rembrandt, Miguel Ángel y Leonardo da Vinci.
He was born on August 29, 1991 in Panama City, of Panamanian parents. He discovered his musical talent thanks to a guitar that his father Jaime Hendricks brought home, he who was the one who taught him his first musical notes and dazzled him.
At the young age of 7, he decided that he wanted to study music and become a music professional.
Growing up, James Dean kept in touch with his roots by attending school recitals, classical music concerts and becoming more art-inclined in museums, learning about the works of musical legends like Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven and admiring painters. such as Rembrandt, Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci, among many others.
At the age of 13, while attending high school, James decided to start the baccalaureate of arts, where he learned instruments such as guitar, piano and singing, where he became the representative of the school in the guitar instrument and came to earn a scholarship to go study abroad, his parents did not let him, since he was very young, instead he got an offer to work as an accompanying guitarist at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort hotel when he was only 14 years old.
James gave classical guitar recitals at the Reina Torres de Arauz museum and the Anita Villalaz theater, among others. After graduating from high school, he entered the University of Panama at the Faculty of Fine Arts to study a Bachelor of Music.
His college nights consisted of studying to master his courses, socializing, and composing. One day they were promoting a modeling and music casting, he took the courage to sign up, was one of the finalists and won the music contest called Emerging Artists for a Dream in the Old Town of Panama City and from there his love for the artistic world. He was perfecting his art of composition until he ventured to invest in his own music studio, where he could record, compose his own songs and music videos. His most listened to musical releases are: “Coctel”, “Adicta”, “Party” and “Ella”. Currently, he is part of World Trade Studios, in which he carries out activities such as music production, artist management, graphic design and events.
