Unidad Kafé initiates at the end of 2011. It is composed of 3 members; Carlos "Estrago" Romero, Omar "Fino" Pérez and in early 2017, Edgar "Ce Ache" Martinez was integrated, all exponents of rap music from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The 3 members have had experiences in both Juarez and the United States, they share the same culture and this makes a special connection. The theme includes border life, the struggle in society and the city's drug and murder problems. In 2012 they began recording songs as a collective and finally released their first album titled "Volumen Real" in early 2016 with 19 professionally recorded tracks. They have performed in different parts of México such as Aguascalientes, at the Cervantino Festival in Guanajuato, in Acapulco Guerrero, and various parts of the State of Chihuahua such as the Capital and Casas Grandes among others, also in the city of El Paso, Texas in the United States. They have been holders of awards and recognitions at the local level of several events such as "Juárez Vive" 2010. Contest "Entrale" 2012. "Rapeale por Juarez" 2013. Finally they have participated and shared the stage with artists of the likes of Juan Solo, with the greatest exponents of the rap genre such as Tanke One, Pato of Control Machete, Sekreto of G Lokos, Serko Fu, T Killa, Mc Slide of the Mexamafia and Iluminatik. They have collaborations with T-Killa, Neto Reyno and Duende Manicomio among others. The group is working on their second album titled "El Poder de la Unidad".
