A versatile group of producers who originally met in school. Formed in 2013 by Nkxsinxthii aka "TheLazyKiid", the crew soon grew with Abuti Ice Cream aka "Lazy Moo" and SouRce Beats aka "Lazy Plug" joining that same year. ItsQ'burBra aka "Lazy Warrior" became the final member in 2016. What started as a brotherhood with a shared vision eventually led to making music.
The first EP, No End In Sight, arrived in 2017, followed by Mind, Soul & Aliens in 2018. Both projects were unofficial releases, available only on SoundCloud and Audiomack. That same year, Lazy Moo went to film school and fell in love with the camera, expanding his creative interests beyond music.
2019 saw the release of Ultra Instinct, a single that was later followed by a remix package featuring remixes from Tech Me Out, Siano P, JvstMvjor, and Toffo.
A year later, No End In Sight: Second Chapter dropped. That same year, work began on a major project, Friends—a defining moment in the group's journey. Released in 2021, it was followed by Healing Soul, a single featuring Vsinare.
On December 27, 2020, Lazy Warrior released his debut EP on Hearthis, marking his first solo project outside of the group's work.
The momentum continued with Loading..., the fifth EP, released in 2022. However, the year ended on a tough note when their equipment was stolen in December, setting them back for months.
Bouncing back, the group released If We Were Villains in 2023, an eight-track compilation album featuring Fez3ka, Ta Castroh, and Frank Apollo. Fez3ka was more than just a collaborator—we also went to school together, making the project even more meaningful. She also wrote the poem herself on the title track, If We Were Villains, adding a deeply personal touch to the album.
In 2024, they returned with Hypnotize, a single featuring HyperSOUL-X. But before its release, tragedy struck—the loss of "Lazy Warrior" in August.
Despite the setbacks, Sons Of The Unknown remains committed to their journey, pushing forward as both a brotherhood and a creative force in music. More music is on the way this year, and everything is in progress.
