Simon Jano Sessions is a musical project created by producer/songwriter Simon Jano, based on his experiences as an on-going musician of Ancestral shamanic ceremonies. His music captures South American rhythms from Los Andes, from the Putumayo jungle with a blend of other medicine music from Mexico, Nigeria, and Brazil. His music can range from powerful and cheerful to introspective or deeply touching.
Simon Jano began his career in rock, pop, and electronic music. For more the last 15 years he has been an independent producer of artists, film, and TV. As an Art Rock artist, he released two albums and has collaborated with musicians such as Tony Levin, (bass player for Peter Gabriel, King Crimson) and Durga McBroom (Pink Floyd’s background vocals).
With his evolution as a musician, he is currently focused on producing and interpreting medicine/conscious music, birthing Simon Jano Sessions with more than 14 single tracks of music available on Spotify, Apple music, Deezer and others.
