Born Crisa Facey in Kingston Jamaica 1988. Crisa fell in love with music very early.
Being influenced by singers like Wayne wonder, Terry Linen, Lukie D, and many other mega stars of the 90s. CJ was inspired to create music of his own after listening to his mentioned favourite stars. In 2006 he began his career performing in high school concerts and national competitions (JCDC) and recorded his first demo (How Do I). Armed with a powerful and unique voice, deep lyrics and catchy melodies the singer/songwriter developed into an experience musician. His musical journey has led him to tap into various genres of music over the years, pulling inspiration from disco, funk, rock and hip hop, while still representing his native genre of reggae and dancehall. Crisa produces his own sound at the moment which can be heard with several singles on his Vivahchi production's label.
