medical-themed Futurepop/Electropunk/Space Disco
Anticorpi is a medical-themed Futurepop/Electropunk/Space Disco band.
Composition: 2 humanoids, 1 virtual singer, 1 performer/dancer.
Active ingredients:
1) Fast and intense electronic music
2) Well conceived, dense, cultured and provocative lyrics
3) Energetic and involving live performances.
A European and US tour for the band Anticorpi which, after the successful live performances held in Italy, are going to reach Berlin and then fly to Washington and New York
During live shows the band members wear customised white coats, white musical instruments and medical-futuristic installations, all designed in collaboration with the factory of video-artists and graphic designers that is part of the Anticorpi project. The two voices of the band alternate classic singing and a more pressing spoken word/rap, thus embodying the different souls within the project: punk and pop, nihilistic and sexy, clubbing and live performance styled, fast and energetic, deeply involving and politically incorrect.
We sing the future and play the "you"
We sing about tomorrow as we speak about the present using a future grammar.
We play the you, not the I because we want to replace an onanist and narcissistic self-referentiality with a you based on the connection with the other, with what is different, with humankind, technology, with sweat and silicon, with blood and Bpm.
We tell about deep contemporary weaknesses and dystopian future glimpses through a hymn to diversity
La band punta molto sulle performance dal vivo: frontali, cariche di energia e coinvolgimento.
