Michel Américo Muchanga (Born October 06, 1995) who is known by his professional name Michel Mess is a Mozambican Dj, producer, songwriter, pianist, guitarist, flutist, xylophonist, drummer and entrepreneur.
Although a self-taught pianist, guitarist, and producer still at an early age of 5 years old he decided to attend the biggest music school in his hometown Maputo to perfect his craft in music theory, singing and other instruments like drums, flute, xylophone and went to become one of the best students the school has ever had.
At 5 years old he was already playing classical music on the piano. Then started dwelling his abilities in other genres like Country, EDM, Hip Hop, R&B, Pop and Dancehall music.
From 2015 until 2018 was part of a metal band called Norbormide as the lead guitarist. Now working as a Dj/Producer with the influences in every other genre and instruments he knows, he’s capable of adapting his skillset to his numerous albums.
In 2018 he departed from the band to follow his solo career as a Dj. Releasing in 2018 his debut album. An EDM music album entitled “Mafia”. He’s first take on the solo project as a producer.
On the move to greatness in 2019 he released his second album called “Bravado”
Still on the rise in 2020 he released his third album called “Spider”. Showing and flaunting all his abilities in every aspect of music genres. From EDM, to Hip Hop, R&B, Pop and Dancehall.
In 2021 he released his fourth album entitled “Reflections”. And as for now he already got 4 albums under his belt.
