A 1979 synth resurrection project turned band. Los Angeles

Alison Tavel found her father's synthesizer prototype in her grandmother's attic 25 years after he had passed away. She resurrected the synthesizer, a 1979 analog/digital hybrid, and started working with musicians to make sense of it. Resynator - the artist, is a collaborative effort to bring her father's synthesizer into modern music.
