Phat Cat is a reggae-dancehall singer evolving between Switzerland and Jamaica.
Making headway within the underground movement in Geneva since 2004, he gained his knowledge performing in clubs and festivals in solo or alongside several artists such as Red Rat, Demarco, Munga Honorable, Million Stylez, Daddy Mory, Yaniss Odua, Cali P, Wiz Khalifa, Method man & Redman...
In 2006, Phat Cat decided to move in Jamaica. He started recording many songs with renowned musicians and beatmakers in Kingston. His first album JAMDOLL was released in 2017, featuring the best Jamaican female artists such as Macka Diamond, Gaza Kim, Stacious or CeCile.
Phat Cat finally acquired the recognition of the very closed circle of Jamaican dancehall. As proof of his success, since his single “Bad Gyal Wine” alongside the K-Queens, Phat Cat is one of the few European artist, if not, the only one to have his tracks played in the most extravagant parties in Kingston from Hot Mondays to Bountys Sundays.
