Described as a New Aged Pantsula, Pholoso “TOSS’’ Ramajoe is an emerging musical talent born in Tsakane, rooted in Kwaito culture with a modern twist. Hailing from The Vaal and known for his polished Zulu lyrics, powerful voice and uplifting presence on stage, he is one of the promising young acts rising out of South Africa.
Inspired by the greats such as Brown Dash, Mandoza, Msawawa and Zola, storytelling is one his prominent strengths. Whether is through his series of Amapiano and Hip-Hop freestyles, or his work on titles such as Geza (by Tangible featuring Costa Titch and Gully Seth), and his debut single Khuzeka, his effortless yet passionate approach to music sets him apart.
With the aim to make the authentic South African narrative relevant in the global space, his much-anticipated EP ‘’Ntwana Yako Kasi’’ aims to serve that purpose.
