Singer, composer and instrumentalist, Victor Badaró is originally from Salvador and started his career as a guitar player at the age of 16. Playing in local bands he had the opportunity to be at big events alongside big names like
Groundation, Dezarie, Edson Gomes and accompanied Andrew Tosh, son of the iconic Peter Tosh.
He started his career as a vocalist in 2011 alongside other works, and currently focuses his energies on his
solo career. Reggae is your biggest influence, however
styles like Blues, Jazz, World Music, Dancehall and MPB permeate the musical atmosphere of Badaró's work.
In 2015 Victor was a finalist in the largest university festival in the country, Fun Music in São Paulo with the song Oh Girl. In 2017, he also reached the final of the Radio Educadora da Bahia Music Festival with the instrumental theme Sete da Manhã, being a pioneer on both occasions dealing with a Reggae artist.
In the repertoire Victor Badaró and his band present authorial songs, reinterpretations of classics of Brazilian music and national and international reggae hits. It also presents a proposed show in tribute to Bob Marley.
