Almir Chiaratti is a composer, singer, poet, producer and audiovisual director with his roots on Brazilian music and MPB from the 60's and 70's. The artist believes in a suburban aesthetic of the song, democratic and capable of becoming popular among the general public.
Chiaratti debuted his solo career in 2015 with the MPB Tropicalista-influenced album from the 70s: "Bastidores do Sorriso", considered among the best releases of 2015 by the website Tenho Mais Discos Que Amigos. The artist counts 3 EP's released between 2016 and 2021 that feature influences from Vanguarda Paulista, Arrigo Barnabé, Tom Zé and Itamar Assumpção. Among them, the track “TRIZ”, released in 2017, stands out for more than 100 thousand streams, only on Spotify. In the same year, Chiaratti performed the first tour in Portugal. In 2021, he released his 2nd album, with electro-organic sounds, "Frágil'', produced by Federico Puppi (nominated for the 2014 USA Grammy and 2015 Latin Grammy).
Currently, Chiaratti is dedicated to the tour of "Frágil" and promotes the pre-sale of his 1st book of poems, "Fissão: Juntar Sílabas Como Quem Separa Átomos", to be released in 2022 by the "selo doburro" (SP).
