Ronald Edwin Tober, born on April 21, 1945, in Bussum, Netherlands, is a Dutch singer. At age three, he moved to Albany, New York, where he began his career performing on local television shows and appeared as a guest on The Ed Sullivan Show. In 1963, Tober returned to the Netherlands and signed with Phonogram/Philips, releasing his first Dutch single "Iedere avond" in 1964. He represented the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 1968 with "Morgen". Throughout his career, Tober released numerous albums including De Ronnie Tober Show (1965), Zelfportret (2002), and Nu (2008). He also hosted TV shows for AVRO and KRO. In 2003, he was invested as a Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands.
