Sherwood Roberts, an award winning composer, pianist and producer hailing from Berkshire, England, has been immersed in music since childhood. As head chorister of Salisbury Catheral he toured South Africa, sung on Hanz Zimmer’s the Prince of Egypt soundtrack at AIR Studios and was selected to be part of the prestigious Boys Air Choir recording two albums and touring Japan culminating in a sell out concert at the Tokyo Opera House.
His career has seen him in bands supporting acts such as Grimes, Frank Turner, and Bastille, arranging a Top Ten hit and performing at venue’s including The Roundhouse, Royal Albert & Festival Halls.
In 2020, returning to AIR Studios he launched the Contemporary Classical project Sherwood Roberts referencing Ryuichi Sakamoto, Frédéric Chopin and Philip Glass with the release of his debut album ‘Beginnings'.
His sophomore album Curiosity is out now.
