New music soon, much love
Coming from a Native reservation in upper Michigan and currently being based in Austria, Gavin isn’t having the come up of many of today’s modern rappers. Living with his grandparents in split households and his brothers most of his life, he had done many different things on the internet as a young teenager before really starting music.
Starting his music career more professionally in October 2017 with his instrumental project “The Beats Inside My Head”, dedicated to his grandfather who passed away the year before that. In September 2018 he releases “The Wandering Minds EP”, a collaborative project with fellow Underground Rapture producer $alem. This track spawned the growing track “coffin” which samples multiple Lil Peep interviews. Shortly after this, the group Underground Rapture was founded, Gavin and $alem being 2 off the founding members.
In 2019 Gavin releases his first solo hiphop mixtape, “The Rez Life Be Like”. Using many experimental sounds and influences from SoundCloud, XXXTENTACION being the largest, he starts to show the talent he has and is building. Shortly after he drops his most popular songs and first hiphop collaborations Thank You For Fighting, produced by KarmaTheGXD, and telephone calls, produced by typhon.
With a growing fan base and a musical reach widening, the potential is slowly being reached and there is lots to come in the future of Gavin’s career.
