Adi-Keshet Cohen is an art-pop singer-songwriter based in Tel Aviv. Her strong vocal presence and piano-driven songwriting are flowing freely from intimate fragile moments to roaring anger. Her music is influenced by old school 50's-60's harmonies, rhythms and aesthetics, along with contemporary alternative rock/pop artists.
Cohen's debut single was surprisingly chosen, before it was even planned to be released, for one of Israel's biggest radio stations' playlist, after a radio editor watched a live session video of the song.
The album's musical production is uniquely based on a minimalist yet powerful triangle of vocals, piano and drums. There's no bass instrument, no guitars. Throughout the album, additions to these three elements are only of some orchestral instruments, samples and synths.
