Were he first gain recognition from his Debut mixtape Titled "Goon To The Streets". However, it was Independently released back in 2015 on mixtape platforms for download and streaming services only. Anthony has been into music since age 6. losing his Father back in 2008, at such an early age 9, lead to Anthony being raised by his single mom with his other 4 symbolizing. with the help writing lyrics from his older brother "Darius Hampton" during those early stages gave him a passion for music very early.
Every project Anthony released from 2015-present has been Solo Written by him and, with this forever lasting talent Anthony has been Labeled one of the Best Song Writer's in the city of Memphis, Tennessee. Meanwhile, Anthony's brother sadly passed away Early October, 2018 at the age of 24 when he was only 19 years of age months before both of their birthdays. Yung ARO was discovered by another Artist “Frederick Reynolds”, best known by his stage name “Yung Blu”. However, Anthony uploaded an RAW & UNCUT video of a Freestyle of him to his “Facebook” social media account. Hours after the video was released it began to go VIRAL, and Frederick “Yung Blu” caught hold of it. He saw the passion Anthony had for music and knew right away he was going to be an amazing artist. Meanwhile, they both attended “Wooddale High School”, and eventually formed an alliance together. Even though they both were living the street life Frederick as a member of the “ 74 Gangster Disciple Nation”, originally formed in “Chicago Illinois”, and Anthony as a member of the “ 94 Hoover Criminals”, originally formed in “South Central, Los Angeles” their neighborhoods were at odds for a period of time, but they both still managed to see the bigger picture and formed an alliance to Create a new wave for the Southern music culture.
Yung ARO was introduced to “Khaaliq Giordano”, best known by his CEO/A&R/Artist name “Young Leak”, through Frederick “Yung Blu” mid 2015. Khaaliq Giordano is the CEO-founder of “YoungLyfe Entertainment”, Artist like : Yung Blu, Cortez, Montana, J-murder...etc were already members of the label before Yung ARO came along in mid-2015. However, He formed an relationship with Khaaliq including all the label members and they started inviting him to their Record Label where they all began collaborating on music. Meanwhile, they released multiple singles featuring the artist before he officially joined the label and released his Debut Project Titled “Goon To The Streets”, Late October, 2015. From that moment forward Anthony is still a Artist on “YoungLyfe Entertainment”, along with the rest of the members he started with and the Label still have the same Management with “Khaaliq Giordano” as the CEO-Founder to this giving day.
