Alternative Pop Metal, what is it: a modern sound, powerful, big guitar riffs, choruses, melody. That's what Archangel is. Mixing the pop side with an alternative metal, is certainly daring but it renews the genre and certainly gives a new breath to their music. After a tribute album to the 80's (with many positive reviews) and a change of personnel, the band knew, through its multiple influences, how to find the missing link between pop and metal.
It took more than one year of writing for the second album, always self-produced with the essential contribution of the sound engineer (Patrick LIOTARD) of the studio in which the group recorded. He indeed brought his science of compositions and arrangement and is now considered as the sixth member of the band.
Archange has opened for Laura Cox, The Order, Jaded Heart, Satan Jokers or Vinny APPICE .
To give credit to their new opus, the group chose a big name to take care of the mastering (Jacob HANSEN) and present to the public the fruit of their work.
Almost 30 000 views each for their last two videos: the cover of Seal "Crazy" and "Smile" which is one of the flagship tracks of the album, available on all digital platforms. The new video "Autopsy" had been released on May 22, 2021 and get 60 000 views.
