Dallas Superstars, a Finnish electronic music duo composed of Heikki “Bostik” Liimatainen and Jaakko “JS16” Salovaara, emerged from Finland’s club scene in the early 2000s. The pair first attracted attention with the 2002 single "Helium", which reached Number three on the Finnish dance chart and entered the UK Singles Chart at Number sixty-four, prompting a series of follow‑up releases such as "Fast Driving", "Ready To Go", and a cover of Donna Summer’s "I Feel Love". In 2006 they issued the full‑length album Higher State. Throughout this period, the duo performed primarily as DJs, occasionally showcasing original material in small venues, and maintained a presence on the European club circuit. Their early chart success and consistent releases established them as a notable force within Finland’s dance music landscape.
