EmiSunshine, born Emilie Sunshine Hamilton on June 8, 2004, in Madisonville, Tennessee, is an American singer-songwriter who began performing at a young age. At nine, she gained attention with her viral YouTube performance of "Blue Yodel No. 6," which led to appearances on NBC's Today show and the Grand Ole Opry. Her first single, "Oh Mary, Where Is Your Baby?" was released in 2014, followed by her debut album Black Sunday ’35. In 2016, she appeared in the documentary film The King, performing two of her songs while riding in Elvis Presley's car. EmiSunshine was recognized by Rolling Stone as one of "10 New Country Artists You Need to Know" in 2017 and received The ASCAP Foundation Desmond Child Anthem Award in 2019.
