Thank you for listening to my new single and my first Welsh Language Reggae release, Dod o'r Galon

Born to a Welsh mother and a Jamaican father, Aleighcia Scott is one of soulful reggae’s brightest stars.

Aleighcia’s debut album, Windrush Baby, produced by RoryStoneLove, scored a number 1 on Apple’s iTunes Reggae chart.

In 2024, Aleighcia packed out venues across the UK on her headline Windrush Baby Tour and showcased her music at SXSW in Austin, Texas.
2025 sees Aleighcia release her debut Welsh language single, Dod o’r Galon. Listen/Pre-save here: https://orcd.co/dodorgalon

Aleighcia has also branched out into TV and Radio presenting. Aleighcia is one of four mentors on the Welsh TV version of The Voice (Y Llais). She also hosts her own regular show on BBC Radio Wales and deputises for the legendary David Rodigan’s BBC 1Xtra show.
