Kojón Prieto y los Huajolotes was a Spanish band formed in Pamplona, Navarra, in 1990 by Marco Antonio Sanz de Acedo, known as Eskroto and Gavilán. The group emerged from the remnants of Tijuana in Blue, with which Gavilán had previously performed. Kojón Prieto y los Huajolotes blended socially conscious lyrics with Mexican music, particularly norteño, creating a unique style they called naparmex. Their debut album, ¡Agárrense que llegan los reyes del Napar-mex!, was released in 1993. The band followed this with Síganle Compadres! in 1994 and ¡Salud cabrones! in 1995. Notable songs included "A qué le tiras" (a version of Chava Flores' song) and "Insumisión". In December 2003, Gavilán was found dead by suicide at his home in Pamplona. The band's final album, ¡¡Échenle Guindas Al Pavo!!, was released posthumously in 1997.
