Fronted by instrument swapping drummer-guitarists Jen Hingley and Chris Warr, with Josh Sellers (bass), False Advertising present a tantalising prospect. Their antagonistic, loud and catchy-as-hell take on rock music bubbling under the surface of the UK alternative scene.
Honing their sound through their chaotic live shows in small rooms across the country, the band have graced stages including SXSW, Robert Smith’s Meltdown, and Kendal Calling. Their previous single ‘You Said’ picking up radio support from BBC Radio 1, BBC6 Music and Radio X.
