Sarah Ariche is a Moroccan singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and choir director. Born in Tangier, she developed a deep passion for music from a young age, especially for singing. At 15, she joined the choir in the conservatory of Tangier, where her exceptional talent quickly led her to perform as a soloist in various settings, from rock bands, recordings, to jazz club performances and major festivals.
Sarah draws inspiration from Mediterranean cultures, as, Arabo-Andalusian, Sephardic, and Arabic music. These influences are skillfully fused with contemporary genres such as rock and jazz, etc… And she is driven by an insatiable curiosity, fearlessly drawing inspiration from cultures across the globe. Through her sonic explorations. reflecting the multicultural essence of her hometown, Tangier. And creating a dynamic and unique musical identity.
Sarah has collaborated with various local and international artists, including LAZYWALL, Kalle Enkelmann, and Steve Shehan. Sarah also has collaborated with Jeff Coffin and Michael League. As a choir director, Sarah leads Fermata, while also is member of Trio project THALAHT and collaborating with artists worldwide, continually expanding her artistic boundaries and bringing together cultures through her music.
