Franka Potente was born on July 22, 1974 in Münster. She is a German actress, singer and author. Franka Potente achieved international fame through her role in the movie Run Lola Run (1998). In addition to her film career, she also works as a musician from time to time. Her musical work moves between pop, alternative and singer-songwriter elements. In 1998, the single "Wish (Komm zu mir)" was released together with Thomas D. The song was written in collaboration with composer Reinhold Heil and musician Johnny Klimek. The release reaches number 49 in the German singles charts. The single "Believe" also followed in 1998. This title is also associated with the soundtrack to the film. In 1999, the single "Easy Day" is released together with Bananafishbones.
