Mr Paul is a musician and music producer from the small town of Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, in the NW of England. He was a guitarist in his first local college rock band 'Faster than Rocks' in the early 2000s, achieving a small cult following due to the song 'Timmy' which was based on the South Park character. Mr Paul then became the frontman of the Punk band 'Your Mum' playing guitar and singing in 2002/2006. Your Mum played around NW England, including a set at Manchester Academy. Stints in the band 'Breach of the Peace' followed in the late 00s, singing and playing bass in this local part time band. Following a one-off gig on bass with 'Freudian slip' the bass, Paul was picked up by the local original band 'Chief Brody' playing bass and culminating in playing on the bill with 'Dodgy' at Reeferstock festival. Beyond 'Chief Brody' Mr Paul took a break from music until 2014, when he started a music production degree developing his solo career, creating a side project 'The Maggot Thatcher', joining local pub band 'Jacks Raging Mind' on drums. During this time, Pauls work as a music producer really began, working with 'Lanterns' on their bootleg EP 'Dedicated to your Artist' and recording his Debut solo EP 'Get Me Out of these Clothes'. Upon graduating, Paul built and set up his own studio called 'New Lane Studio'. He now works on his own recordings and has worked with Recording clients including Daniel Jon and The Original Mushrooms.
