Schillah was born Nico Klinger in Gera (year of birth: 1997 or 1998). He is a German rapper, songwriter, producer and DJ who, with his fictional character "Schillah Motherfuckah", inspired by Friedrich Schiller, incorporates the themes of his biography - mental illness, excessive living and self-destruction - into his music. He became famous in his teenage years: He began writing at the age of twelve, and from 13 he took part in poetry slams and rap battle forums. In 2013, he founded the label MukkeMitHertz together with friends, which marked the start of his professional career. His breakthrough came with the single "Hoffnung", which reached over 100,000 streams. Despite his success, he struggles with alcohol and drug problems - his schizophrenia becomes part of his identity as an artist. In 2022, he founded the EastsideBoyz label together with StuBeatZ, through which he released several albums. His albums reflect his changing personality: Wochenende (2019), Mukke aus'm Garten (2020), Todes Tape (2021), Pussytive (2022), F**k the World (2023, with ArniTheSavage), Schizophrenic in Paris (2024, with ArniTheSavage) and F**k the World 2 (2025, also with ArniTheSavage). Musically, he combines rap with hardtekk - a hard, technoid sound. His singles include "Augenringe", "Das Letzte ist der Absturz", "Familie" and "Alles was wir leben". In September 2025, he released the single "Schmerzen aus Verzweiflung" (feat. ArniMakeItDrop).
