Penthouse Players Clique was an American hip hop duo consisting of rappers Playa Hamm and Tweed Cadillac. The group emerged in 1992, signed to Eazy-E's Ruthless Records. Their debut single "They Don't Know" / "Droppen Bombs" was released in 1990, followed by their only studio album Paid the Cost in 1992. The album featured production by DJ Quik and guest verses from Quik, Eazy-E, and AMG. Notable tracks included "Explanation of a Playa," which peaked at number 50 on the Hot Rap Songs chart. The duo appeared on soundtracks for films such as Class Act and Trespass. Penthouse Players Clique disbanded in 1993.
