S L O W W is back this year with a new, energetic single 'N E V E R S U R R E N D E R' as a prelude to an EP to be released in early 2023.
Behind S L O W W is the French Paris-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Mathieu Llopart.
Mathieu started playing bass as a teenager and built his musical identity by listening to rock music in the broadest sense of the word, from Nirvana to Oasis, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Incubus.
After years of touring as a bass player with famous French singers, he decided to go solo with a project of his own and created S L O W W .
He locked himself up in his studio and produced a dozen tracks on which he recorded all the instruments and laid down his voice.
After several months of work, S L O W W released his first EP "R I S E A N D F A L L" on the 8th of May 2020 on all digital platforms.
S L O W W returns this year with a new single full of energy "N E V E R S U R R E N D E R" which is scheduled for release on September 30th 2022.
This single heralds the release of a new 5-track EP in early 2023.
Halfway between Royal Blood, Oasis and Justice, S L O W W's music combines the energy of rock with electronic sounds where the powerful rhythmic and saturated synths support a pop and melodic voice and introspective lyrics.
