FatSync is a Brazilian tech house DJ and producer from Curitiba, Paraná, created by Claudio Nogueira Barbara, who developed his sound by fusing tech house grooves with hip-hop references and vocal cuts—a mix he branded as “fat house.” After building a regional profile in Paraná’s club circuit, he broke nationally in 2023 when he won the Circuito Regional de Incentivo à Música Eletrônica (C.R.I.M.E.), a result that accelerated his festival bookings and placed him on bigger Brazilian lineups. In 2024 he pushed further into major stages, including appearances tied to Lollapalooza Brasil and other large-format events, while continuing a release run through labels such as HUB Records and Red Paradise. His discography in this period highlighted collaborator-driven club singles, including “Doin Nottin” with GIU (which charted on Beatport) and cross-genre records that leaned into funk and rap aesthetics without leaving the tech house lane. In 2025 he released “Vem Sentando” with Malifoo featuring MC GW and MC Novin, and his live schedule expanded again with high-profile Brazilian venues and festival dates, including a return booking at Tomorrowland Brasil. He opened 2026 with “Anytime,” a club-focused single that kept his punchy, vocal-led approach at the center of his catalog.
