Stephan Willing is a German artist, composer and music producer for film and TV best known for Andromeda, Test Of Courage and Calvin Fragmenti.
Among feature films like the Psychological thriller CALVIN FRAGMENTI or the documentary...WIE DICH SELBST? and various short films he composed and produced music for TEST OF COURAGE (directed by Rena Dumont) which earned him the Award Of Excellence for Individual Achievement in Music by Southern Shorts Awards. In addition he won Best Score for the sci-fi action drama ANDROMEDA (directed by Emily Dean).
He has already worked with a variety of orchestras including the Hollywood Symphonic Orchestra in L.A. where he recorded and produced together with director Jeff Patton some of the score for the sci-fi drama ORIGIN: BEYOND THE IMPACT and the F.A.M.E.S. Project Orchestra in Macedonia.
In addition to scoring movies with his first piano album "On Earth", the artist wants to take off and inspire people. His music is simple, playful, influenced by pop and classical elements and at the same time calm and moving.
Willing's musical career began as a singer and keyboarder in various bands. As a passionate songwriter, he has worked with producer David Neisser (Sony ATV), Paul Oxley (Sony Finland) and lyricist Charlie Mason (Monrose, Ashley Tisdale, Sarah Connor), among others.
